Quality Assurance Agreement Robert Bosch
3 Preamble Agreement on Quality, Safety and Safety at Work, Environmental Protection and Social Responsibility This agreement is part of the supply contract with BOSCH and links the commercial relationship between the supplier and the Bosch Group companies (all companies in which BOSCH has a direct or indirect interest, with the exception of companies established in the NAFTA region). This agreement replaces the Bosch Directive on Quality Assurance for Suppliers previously agreed between Robert Bosch GmbH and SUPPLIER (QSL 06/2004: Compulsory Agreements) and prevails over certain quality assurance agreements in case of contradictions. The agreement applies to all products or services provided by the supplier. 1 Supplier Management System THE SUPPLIER is committed to maintaining a certified management system that meets ISO 9001 minimum. If the supplier provides products for addition to BOSCH automotive products, it also undertakes to maintain an ISO/TS certified management system if the supplier does not have an ISO/TS 16949 certified management system, it undertakes to develop its system in this regard. If the supplier is unable to obtain ISO/TS certification due to the nature of its activities (e.g. B fables, commercial companies), it is committed to maintaining an ISO-certified management system. If the supply supplier is also the manufacturer, it undertakes to set up or develop an environmental management system (EMS) in accordance with ISO or a similar environmental management system. As objective evidence of the appropriate management systems, the supplier must send copies of the available certificates applicable to BOSCH without being requested. If the issuance of a certificate is delayed, the supplier will inform BOSCH before the expiry date of the current certificate, indicating the date of recertification. The beggar then sends to BOSCH confirmation of the confirmation of the successful recertification of the certification body. If valid certificates or binding schedules for the collection of the corresponding certificates have not been submitted, BOSCH has the right to terminate existing supply contracts with immediate effect on an exceptional basis, after an unsuccessful warning.
In the case of such a termination, the supplier is not entitled to a BOSCH compensation. If its certificates are revoked, the supply supplier must notify BOSCH immediately.
